Guys, quick question. We applied for AOS for my wife (K1) back in Oct 5, 2016 (152 days), did biometrics on Nov 15 (111 days). She got her 2-in-1 travel and work permit card but we haven't heard anything about Green Card at all. Its way past 90 days (which doesn't guarantee anything), I'm not sure should we call USCIS or wait till they send us something.

Thanks for your advice in advance

I cleaned My Timeline. Hope nobody minds

Adjusting from K1 can take up to a year. If you call now they will tell you you are within normal processing times and it certainly won't speed up your case. October filers are slowly getting either scheduled for interviews or approved without an interview. Wait it out, even though it is tough.

01/13/2016: I-129F filed 07/15/2016: K-1 visa in hand
10/13/2016: Filed AOS + EAD/AP. 07/07/2017: Permanent resident (Conditional)
04/16/2019: Filed ROC 11/17/2020: Approved. (10 yr GC)

It routinely takes around a year to adjust from a K visa.

It can take months to hear back, but if calling will give you peace of mind, I don't think it'll hurt to do it.

I know this. My father waited for Naturalization interview for over 2 years (calling and InfoPasses were useless and time wasting)
