Does my son need exit clearance? Or CFO sticker

Hello! I just  want to ask those who experience already flying to usa with son us passport with crba and also he had already phil passport. My question is does my son need exit clearance from BI or should his phil passport need that CFO sticker?

Depends on how old your son is. 

 

For children who are minors, 0-12 yo. are not required to attend the seminar. As long they have their visa the parent can just go to CFO and pay 400 pesos to receive the sticker when the parent is attending thier CFO interview. Older then 12 must attend in person.

You are good to go as is...    no need for ECC from BI as he has a Philippine passport, and no need for CFO  (see below)

NEITHER!  He is a USC with a U.S. passport  CFO is for exiting immigrants ONLY
