Depends on the Embassy and if you have any other red flags, such as the woman in the relationship is older than the man and out of childbearing age. My husband and I are 16 years apart and we passed through the embassy interview with flying colors. Just bring solid evidence and you'll do fine

is 14 year age different is a big deal for a visa to be approved?

Depends on the actual ages. 19-33 vs 46-60 could be treated differently.

We have 18 year difference and was not even asked about it.

But it depends on a lot of stuff.

Is it normal in your culture?

Is the female oldest then they can look at if she is still in the child barring age?

How does family say about it. In some cultures the family have a lot to say about what partner their kids get.

And so on ...

But as said above don't focus on the age but focus on giving good evidence for your case.

Age is just a number.

If it is normal in your country I see no issue.
