Wanted to hear from anyone who filed before, after or around October, so I can have a baseline. I filed in October (from K1) and status still says "Fingerprint fee received."  Anyone else there too?

Same here except we are from April

Wow, that feels like a long time, but maybe it's standard - have you tried calling or trying to get any updates?

My wife is K1 visa holder, we live in Western Mass, USCIS received our paperwork on October 24th and we did not even receive EAD yet... Called them multiple times, filled out few SRs, and still nothing. USCIS customer service is a joke. We went to a local congressman's office yesterday, they promised to inquire about our status, hopefully that will help... If it will not help, I don't know what else to do...

We don't live in Boston anymore (but close enough to get there!).. but we filed at the same time as you. I have my EAD and travel card, but still waiting to hear back about the interview and everything else.

A fellow applicant from may 2016 had her interview in Boston within six months of filing. If I'm not mistaken she did not enter with a k1, so in your case there's still a possibility of not getting an interview, so because of that it's possible it could take a little longer. You're still with the normal processing time, so even though it's annoying, it's best to wait for now

Does your status say "Fingerprint fee received" as well? That's what mine says and I just hope to God I just haven't missed anything in the mail!

It doesn't show up in the uscis website processing times either... I don't know why.

It does still say that! I'm slightly paranoid about it, but I filled out the change of address three times (I was so so paranoid and we weren't getting confirmation in the mail). I ended up getting three letters all at once saying change of address confirmed. Whoops.

Take a deep breath and try not to worry too much! I'll start getting worried if it's summer and we still haven't heard anything.

We went to Lawrence for my hubs fingerprints, but I was under the impression that interview and actual adjustment of status processing was done in the Boston office - oh well.

You can check on the uscis website, it depends on the county you live at. If the biometrics was at Lawrence, most likely interview is going to be there as well, and that's good news for you if you have an interview since they're working on cases much faster. I had biometrics in CT but interview in Lawrence and it only took me 4 months from filing to green card in hand.

good luck

Just a quick update that yesterday our thing jumped from Fingerprints received to case approved. Guess this means there's no interview?
