So I have all the paperwork with me and am about to print it out.

Thing is, my fiance's divorce papers are 109 pages (this includes the settlement, child custody etc)

Do I actually need to print the ENTIRE document for my interview? :o it seems like such a waste and more than half of the information isn't really what they want....

Any thoughts?

Same thing goes with the Tax return?? its a lot of pages...do they just need one specific page? or do I need to print everything of that too??

You should only need the one page divorce certificate. That's what I used at mine and it was accepted no problem.

I can't comment on the tax return but I can tell you they didn't even look at any of my husband's tax/affidavit of support stuff at the interview! That was for a CR-1 though, not sure if that happens at K-1 interviews too.

You need the page that says final divorce decree or get a divorce certificate if that county offers them. This is needed to file the I-129F.

For the I-134 which isnt needed until interview your fiance should get a tax return transcript from the IRS. Can be done by downloading online, ordering one online to be mailed, or going into an IRS office.
