Can't tell when it did change, wasn't checking until after a week later I did and there it said issued.

Ok. I think each case is different. Our interview was jan 23th, Issued Feb 6 but DHL still says its not ready for pick up.

I guess. Being the 6th, should be in God willing next week, then you go check again.
