Does anyone have any information regarding if family immigration (already filed and pending) can be affected/cancelled by executive orders?

I am from Iraq, I want to know what will change since is I have a pending AOS and All that I have heard that it affects VISA issuance and entering the US ?

Your AOS is frozen until the ban lifts, sorry to say.

Shouldn't affect AOS... but the GC production/issuing I have heard has been slowed/halted even; but think EAD/AP was still being approved. Just longer process overall.

No it is visa's there is a stop on not AOS.

“At the Citizenship and Immigration Service, staff members were told that the agency should stop work on any application filed by a person from any of the countries listed in the ban. Employees were told that applicants should be interviewed, but that their cases for citizenship, green cards or other immigration documents should be put on pause, pending further guidance.”

Okay that is not a valid one from my point of view it has to come directly from the source. Those lawyers have already spred different things there wasn't true.

Well, The federal agencies are pretty clear on what is now applying to those people from the seven counties, DHS and CBP have posted a statement about the implementation of the EO. So If the applications for the USCIS is affacted then they should update their website. Till now, nothing have changed, I mailed my AOS packet 10 days ago and I have received the NO1 today. Hope that everything will be ok for everyone
