Hi everyone ! :)

I am about to submit my package, and I am paying the fee with an USPS money order. There is a space to write the address of the USCIS on the money order (the address of the receiver).

I will send the package in express delivery, to the Lewisville address.

So, which address I have to put there ? The Lewisville address or the Dallas P.O Box address ?

Or can I just leave this space blank ?

I want to be sure to make the things right :D

Instructions say:

'Use the following guidelines when you prepare your check or money order for the Form I-129F filing fee:
2. Make the check or money order payable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security. 1. The check or money order must be drawn on a bank or other financial institution located in the United States and must
be payable in U.S. currency; and NOTE: Spell out U.S. Department of Homeland Security; do not use the initials "USDHS" or "DHS." '

That's all recipient info that needs to be there... the other info is your address and signature :)

If I remember correctly we also put "i-129f" in a field that said "for" but not all money orders have that I think... and nowhere does it say that's needed...

Yes, I read these instructions, but since they don't say anything about their address, I didn't know what to put.

I will leave it blank ! :)

And as you did, I also put "I-129F" on the "memo" part of the money order :)

I just did this too, and I wrote out "U.S. Department of Homeland Security" for the Pay to the Order of line.
As for the address under the "Pay to the Order Of" line, I read from some other couple of posts here and elsewhere online to use the USCIS address. SO that is what I did.

So, my money order looks as follows:

"Pay to:"
U.S. Department of Homeland Security

"Address:"
USCIS, P.O. Box 660151
Dallas, TX 75266-0151

"Memo:"
Filing Fee for I-129F Application

There is also a section for "From" & "Address" Where I put my details.

Do you guys think that this will be acceptable?
