Does Anybody Know, Or Ever Heard Of Anybody In AP having a status change from "Ready" to "Issued" in the same day? And what is the difference between the two? A friend says it happened to him.

Ready is when they are done with the process and issued is when they have mailed out your visa.

So when you see ready...can u then go and pick up your visa? Or should u wait until it says issued before u go get it.?

It has to say issued.

Here are the different status and what they mean. For Lagos you need to check once it says Issued. Since you are a K1 you should be monitoring on the ustraveldocs site for pick up.
