Pretty sure the G-325A only asks for employment over the last 5 years, so you only need to worry about 2012 until now. Include everything because they do not want any time 'gaps.' If you were unemployed during university, write unemployed for 2012-2014. If there were other unemployment gaps, such as between graduation and your summer job, or before/after your military service state you were unemployed for those months. Include all employment you listed above as well!

If there is not enough space you can write *See Attachment on the table given on the G-325A form. You can then make a table of your own in Word that fits all of your work history & unemployment. Sign and date it, include it on your table of contents, listed as attachment to G-325A Employment. Maybe make a short note on the attachment saying you needed more space than what was provided on the form itself.

Rough example of the chart you could make:

Job 1               Address  Job 1   April 2016          Present

Job 2               Address Job 2    April 2016          Present

Unemployed    N/A                    February 2016   April 2016

Military            Address              January 2015     February 2016

etc... hope it's what you were looking for!
