F-1 (OPT) waiting for priority date and interview overseas

Good Morning Everybody,

Here is my situation summarized. My priority date is 02 August 2010 and right now my category is on 08 July 2010 (My mother asked me and I am over 21, do not remember the category name). Given my estimates, my date should become current for the next bulletin. I applied for a green card in the Caracas embassy and I am wondering how long should it take for them to give me the interview. I am in a bit of a hurry and here is why:

I received and offer from an amazing company that does not allow OPT. They gave me the offer for late May so I can get my green card and so on. The problem lies that if I do not get my green card by then, the contract might be broken, and of course, I do not want this to happen. By February 15, 2017. My priority date should be most definitely current.

My main questions are:

1) I am waiting to get my EAD for OPT. Will this EAD become invalid once I enter again to the US with a green card? If not,  can I work with this EAD until I receive my physical green card?

2) Once I enter the US with a green card, I am eligible to work or I need to wait to get my physical green card?

3) How long does it take to get the interview schedule once your priority date becomes current?

4) Is there any way to speed up the process of the interview?

I already contacted the embassy in CCS but still have not received responses from them.

I appreciate all the help and thank you in advance
