Here is the story.  My husband and I started filing his I-130 in September.  At that time we were not planning on bringing his 9-year-old daughter.  She was going to stay in Colombia with her mother.  Recently it has been brought up due to unforeseen circumstances.  His I-130 has not been approved yet.  Is there anything we can do for her now or do we have to wait until he gets approved and comes to the states to start her paperwork?

I just want to know what to plan on doing if this does happen.

Thanks for your help.

File a I-130 for her, and request it be expedited to meet up with your husband's.
