I filled my DS260 on 27August and Submitted all Documents. My scan date was 6 September and my documents are not yet reviewed... I called many times they said it will take up to six weeks. Now I called again today after completing six week (in Supervisory review) she said "I will send your case in supervisory review which will take up to six weeks again"...What??? we are already in supervisory review...... does this happen usually ?

I am very upset

Supervisor review does not usually happen, but it is not uncommon either. It is very frustrating, but aside from calling to check on the status of your case, there is not a way to force them to review your documents faster.

The only thing to do is to keep calling and asking for help. Sometimes someone will help you.

We were in supervisor review for a week. they actually had the right document but someone reviewed it wrong.

Each time we called, someone gave us a different answer.

We were stuck on supervisor review for a little over four MONTHS. If you haven't heard something in a week or two, I'd contact your Senator. That's how we got our case finally reviewed and approved
