Well...USPS just delivered our petition to the Chicago lockbox. I didn't see a topic for December 2016 filers, so here it is. If I missed a post that has already been opened, please let me know.

I can finally take a somewhat sigh of relief after months of gathering and organizing paperwork. I finally mailed package today..finally!!! I mailed my package to Arizona as I live in Florida.

I started off by attempting to hire an attorney but when he said his Dee was 1,000 I did a Blind to the library..yeah that wasn't happening..i figured I can read and follow directions so said a prayer crossed my fingers and did it all by myself. I am proud yet A NERVOUS RECK I kept checking. Sometimes out of nowhere I would take the package apart just to look at everything over and over. So here's what I sent in order in order

G-325A petitioner

G-325A beneficiary

US Birth Certificate

Jamaican Birth Certificate _ including his TRN#

US Passport

Proof of Current Address(sent my lease)

Hi guys, I need ur help plz.. does uscis have updated I-130 form. I went on uscis website, saw the form but it expired 3/31/2015.. do they have updated I-130 form for 2016??. plz I need ur input..

Well we are in the same boat let's keep each other posted to help..my aunt told me back in the day they would just have to bring the marriage license to the consulate and Boom..visa... I mean I know the reason why the extra documents.. but my god .why does it have to take so loooong.. omg.?

UPDATE!!

I sent I-130 to Arizona Lock box on 12/5/16

Checked online with tracking number they received it 12/7/16 -- > Just waiting on the notification by email or text from them. I included my G-1145 form.

and the waiting continues....
