Ours was a very simple paragraph outlining the date when we first started talking online, the dates of my visit to meet her in person, the dates of her visit to see me again, and the date I proposed.

BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY...Be sure to include copies of passport stamps, hotel/train/bus/plane receipts, boarding passes, and a few photos of the two of you together with friends/family. We included 5 photos, passport stamps from our visits, and their accompanying boarding passes.
