Hi all I am getting ready to submit everything as soon as the medical is done next week. I have gathered everything that I think I need and I wrote this cover letter.

Can some of the experts on here review my cover letter to see if I missed something or added something incorrectly?

Feedback

1. I-864 is a subpart of I-485 in most applications i have seen just like I-693, however i guess you could do it this way too. Also C7,C8 are not required IMHO.

2. Just one G1145 is enough for all concurrent filed petitions (I130, I485, I765, I131) Somebody please correct me if i am wrong

3. If you are sending original IRS Transcripts you do not need to send W2's or 1040's

4. Birth Certificates of beneficiary are not required in I-765 or I-131

ROC Timeline

 

June 15, 2020: Sent package through USPS

June 18, 2020: Delivered to Arizona PO box

June 23, 2020: Credit Card Debited

June 24, 2020: E notification for case (LIN-Receipt) 

July  15, 2020: Case was updated to show that fingerprints were taken
