How do you track a passport with Aramex?

Does anyone know how to track a passport with the Aramex service? I don't have a reference number or a shipment number.

Why you do not have a shipment number ? when you send the passport they give you a receipt with a bar code and a number below it , by this number you can track your passport

Use the aramex application but even there it will only show you when it's ready. And they hadn't updated our case and he just called everyday after 3 days of it saying issued. To find out it was ready.

We signed up through http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ma/index.html?firstTime=No No reference number or a shipment number was needed, just the passport number and my fiancé's other information. We have been able to track where it is since CEAC changed to Issued. We should be picking up on Wednesday.
