Hello,

I'm going through and assembling my packet and I am searching for the most recent I 129 F form to fill out but everyone that I find has this written in the upper right corner "OMB No. 1615-0001 Expires 6/30/2016"

What does this mean exactly? Does this mean that version of the form is expired? And if so--where do I find the current form to file; I've looked at this site and the USCIS gov website.

Thank you for helping me with this!

Cheers!

You'll be totally fine using that form!

I thought the same thing when submitting my packet, but USCIS uses the expiration date for something entirely different- I can't remember what exactly, but it doesn't mean the form is no longer valid to use. I submitted the same version you're looking at a month ago with no issues :)

I think as long as you go on the USCIS website to access the forms, the most recent versions will be the ones that show up.

Hope this helps, good luck!

You're fine as long as you download the latest forms from the USCIS web site.
