Few questions for AOS pack

Hey guys, we are preparing forms for AOS (i-131, i-485, i-765, i-864, G-325A) and I have few question. Hope you can help me.

1) The form 765 question 16 asks select the eligibility category... is it © (9) as stated on example forms for or something different?

Eligibility Category. Go to the “Who May File Form I-765?” section of the Instructions. In the space below, place the letter and number of the eligibility category you selected from the instructions. For example, (a)(8), ©(17)(iii), etc...

2) The form G-325A. I just opened the one we did for K-1 visa and added A#, SSN, me as her current husband. Adjusted employment history (she worked overseas before she came to US, but doesnt now, yet). Now the question is, do I chose for This form is submitted in connection with an application for: Status as Permanent Resident?

2) The form G-325A. I just opened the one we did for K-1 visa and added A#, SSN, me as her current husband. Now the question is, do I chose for This form is submitted in connection with an application for: Status as Permanent Resident? Yes, that is consistent with the information shown in the VJ Example Forms.
