Hello everyone, i have a few questions about the AOS interview. This morning we received the letter and as i was reading the list of the documents that we have to bring with us i got a few questions. Do i need to get an ID card or my passport will be enough to enter the building and for the interview? Do I need to get a certified copy of my Marriage Certificate or just the original will be enough? Thank you for your help.

You need to bring the interview letter and they will direct you where to go.
You should bring your DL or state ID if you have one but if you do not then the passport will do, not to get into the building but as proof of your address.

Bring a certified copy of your marriage certificate along with a regular copy of it.

The original marriage certificate remains at the court house, you purchase certified copies from the court house with stamp and seal.

Thank you for your answer. You said that my passport will be good to show my adress but it doesnt show my current adress. I dont have a DL or ID cart. Do you think i need to get an ID cart?

You can show your address is the same as your spouse's by any bill statements, bank statements, utilities, phone etc.

You need to take proof of a co mingled financial marriage and that you live in the same place. A DL or ID would help but not needed

if you have other items to show, though you should have a state ID for multiple other reasons in daily life.

If you have time why not get one.
