Guys, does anyone have a good link for a detailed description of how to prepare the IV and AOS package?

I'm having some confusion regarding the barcoded documents, is it the attachment on the e-mail titled "RDJ2016XXXXXXXXX (AIVF FOR NEOPOST DS-1200)"? I'm assuming it's page 3 of that file, the part that has a checklist. But do I put that on top of both the AOS and IV packages? If so, how do I fill it out? it seems to cover documents for both packages... I'm just confused if anyone can shine a light on this thank you...

Yes, that's how I read it.

Man I feel like an idiot for not looking into this before, I live in Brazil so snail mail will eat up quite a few weeks especially if I get a checklist... how can I choose to do electronic processing? Would my joint sponsor (eho lives in the US) just email me his scanned documents and I would send it all together? thanks.

That's correct. To do electronic processing, you just send everything in an email as it states on the website. Just make sure they are all PDF files and use the naming convention mentioned in the website. Your co-sponsor just needs to email you their signed documents but you should have the originals for the interview.

If there are any checklists they will all be handled through e-mail, correct?

Also, do I just send it in, or do I have to like "apply" or "opt" for electronic processing beforehand?

Once you start electronic processing, everything is handled by email. So any checklist would be by email.

Just send it in.

actually the USC receives a bill for the 2 fees and pays online / then fills out the affidavit of support and visa application

what she needs from you is the criminal investigation report(s) and whatever else NVC has asked for as an original pertaining to you

you do not pay the fee / you do not fill out the AOS
