Hey everyone !!

I had a single question that can cause me a lot of trouble if I do not find an answer quickly . Indeed, my fiancé sent me all the required documents for the interview. Nothing is missing except the date on the new letter of intent , I could not find anywhere if it can deny our visa or not but the email from the embassy is straightforward about this , it has to be an original document , signed and dated by the US citizen. All I have is the letter signed but not dated

I should have been more careful about details and I haven't take a deep look when I received all the document from him :crying:

My interview is next week on Monday , so he won't be able to send me this letter via mail... The only thing required is scanning the original document and sending it to me via e-mail. Is it going to be possible this way ? I need advise and thank you for taking time to read :)

They will write down the date signed in your case file.

With that said, I actually brought a copy with me and they seemed to have accepted it, signed the day before my interview. My interview was still approved.

Have him sign a copy with the date this time with blue ink and scan to a PDF, print it out and bring it. Also have him send the original ASAP. The worst that can happen is you get a request for an original and have to send it after the interview.
