your i 751 is being returned as the dependent child became a conditional resident:

before the alien parent became a conditional resident therefore the dependent child must submit a separate petition with fees.

what does this mean?

wife received her approval but her kids received this returned noticed along with the money orders for 590 each.

im guessing they want 2 separate applications for both kids. but what evidende is needed to be submitted for these 2 applications?

thanks for any help

Did you submit $590 each for the children also?

If filing jointly with children, the it's $505 + $85 for biometrics and $85 only for each child listed on the ROC forms.

For example, I have 3 children who entered the US with me. We sent check for $845. ($505 form fee) + (4 x $85 biometrics).

If you sent $590 for a child then maybe that's why they sent it back. USCIS is confused as to if filing together or separate.

Spoiler

Not really hard to look up in the instructions.

What Is the Filing Fee?

The ling fee for Form I-751 is $505. A biometric services fee of $85 is also required for petitioners.

Each conditional resident dependent, eligible for inclusion on the principal petitioner’s Form I-751 and listed under

Part 5. of Form I-751, is required to submit an additional biometric services fee of $85, including dependents residing overseas pursuant to military or Government orders, regardless of age.

NOTE: The ling fee and biometric services fee are not refundable, regardless of any action USCIS takes on this petition.

DO NOT MAIL CASH. You must submit all fees in the exact amounts.

ok i think i finally understood the filing fees... i send 590 for each child. in reality i just needed to send in each dependent childs application separate along with their 85 biometric fee.

2 money orders for 85 instead of 590 for each child?

Yes,

You needed to send one application with everyone in it.

a filling fee of 505 for the form

plus 85 for biometrics for each person in the application

form fee 590 +

spouse bio 85

child 1 bio 85

child 2 bio 85

______

total: 760
