The Driver's license is not necessary as it is NOT proof of US citizenship. Also, you don't need to provide both a copy of the passport and birth certificate; one or the other is sufficient.

Finally, do you have any other financial evidence? Bank statements, adding her as beneficiary on any life or health insurance you might have?

have you only met once? You make mention of airline ticket (singular) and most of your evidence focuses on the wedding. Being married is only part of the challenge for the I-130. You need to prove that there is a genuine, ongoing relationship. If you have had other visits, send evidence of that rather than reception catering receipts. They don't prove a bona fide marriage. All they prove is that the guests had nice food.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

Now a US citizen!

Take the pictures out the Ziploc and scan to 8 X 11 paper. This makes life so much easier on those who have to take your petition apart and scan.

Also make sure the G-1145 form with check or money order attached is on the very top. And Passport pics for the G-325A are attached to the form.

All trips need to be documented for sure. A relationship timeline helps in that regard also.

Case Complete to Interview spreadsheet

From now on your VJ Member name will be verified. If the name you put on form to be added to spreadsheet comes up not found, you will not be added to the spreadsheet. If you don't have a timeline you will not be added to the spreadsheet.

Please Please put your VJ member name only. Not nicknames or real names whatever your VJ name is. It's below your profile picture!!

Thank you,

Well, I've re-arranged the order of your documents, and noted those in blue font.

For photographs, would suggest you print/photocopy on paper for USCIS easy to handle/scan. Originals to bring w/ you at interview.

From many posts here on VJ.. and JFH has already mentioned. They are interested in proof of the ongoing, genuine relationship. Hence, chat logs, call logs, boarding passes and images would be sufficient. Receipts for catering and photography is not necessary and does not prove anything.

Hope the above helps. I stand to be corrected :) .

Good luck!

I find that VJ's Guide was very helpful! http://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide1

I agree with kellyh -- and I would add one other thing, photocopy your wedding reception invite, keep the original for the interview. It will make your case easier for them to scan.

I second adding anything you might have to prove financial co-mingling -- here are some common examples: insurance for each other, naming one another as a beneficiary on a retirement account, joint bank account, lease or home ownership documents, etc.
