Proof of Domicile K1 visa

Hey everyone. My fiance had his interview on September 7th. They told him "You're accepted but your fiance has to go home and send you proof of domicile, then you send it to us and we will give you your visa immediately." The problem is, I am 18 years old and don't have a huge amount of proof. I don't pay any bills because I live with my mom. These are the only things I can show at the moment. If anyone can think of anything else, please let me know. I am back in the US now since the guy said I have to prove I came back home and have ties to the US.

Copy of my passport showing I entered the US yesterday.

Copy of California ID

Mail that has come to my house, including a voters registration form that was sent to me.

A paper showing me and my mom have been renting a storage unit together for the past couple years

Emails showing I have applied for jobs online.

Phone account information showing me and my grandma have a phone plan together.

Bank statement with my current address on it.

Hi Jordynalex,

- You may want to write a statement showing all the addresses you lived in the US for the last 10 years, including the names and contact phone numbers of the people who lived in the same houses. Then you need to swear in the letter that all the information are true. Then bring it to a bank to sign it and have them notarize it there.

- Go to any post office and take a picture of you standing in front of the post office with the American flag and the sign "United State Postal Office" on the back ground.

- Combine with all other documents you have, you should be OK.

Honestly you dont need to go through all the steps above,, pics of the post office wont make any difference, but you documentation will. I know you are posting all over but most of these things were recommended before and they are very good steps. Present your documentation to the embassy.. hand deliver it with your passport or call/email them first and request how they want to accept it, per your CO\s instruction (or let t he fiance hand deliver it). You can do it!

Also register to vote with the form they mailed to you and make a copy of it after you sign it, send via certified mail with the USPS and you have additional proof, then sign up for a credit card as well if you can, you can be accepted online and will have more evidence pretty quickly.

On top of that did you check to see if your embassy allows direct consular filing. That is when you are living in another country with your fiance/spouse and you cut out the uscis/nvc steps and is very fast it they allow it.
