Hello everyone, I have a question about the evidence for the interview. My husband's driving license shows an old adress. We live in this new appartment for a year now. We are trying to find a better place to live but will wait till the process is done. So because we are not planning on living in this apartment for a long time he didnt change the adress on his driving license. Is it going to be a problem on the interview? Thank you

Since you moved to this address over a year ago, did you notify USCIS of the new address or were the AOS forms filed with that address? The DL may not be a problem, but making an address change on that card is fairly simple, so they may ask about it.

Yes we filed all the documents with the new adress. They have our new adress. We may change the adress on his DL just in case.

I'd go ahead and get the address on the DL changed if only because it is a simple piece of evidence that shows a shared residence.
