Hello!

I could not find a thread for us September 2016 filers, is there one? If so, can someone add us to it?

We signed the form on 8-12-16, USCIS in CA received it on 9-1-16 and we received the 1 year extension letter on 9-6-16.

Thank you!

Sending off ROC application in two weeks. I have lease in both of our names, joint checking account, healthcard obtained through US citizen. Is that enough proof guys? I want to make sure I get it right. When getting the money order or cheque togather who should it address to? I am filing at Vermont because I live in New Jersey.

I would also add 2 or 3 Tax return transcripts filed jointly..

Hi all,

We are getting ready to file the i-751/Removal of Conditions! Quick question... Should we photocopy all of the pages (even blank ones) of the petitioner's (husband) passport? Do I (petitioner's spouse) need to submit a photocopy of my passport as well?

Thanks for your input.

We sent our package on 9/1/2016 and as of 9/12/2016 we still have no confirmation of check cashed. When we called USCIS we got the standard answer of "can take up to 30 days."

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to say hey. My GC was due to expire 10/8/16 but I was moving house in July so I was waiting on change of address on bills and utilities before filing my I-751 so I'll be a fellow September filer instead of July.

Best of luck to us all.
