I live in Iran and there is no trusted Medical center in my country and my interview will be in Ankara (turkey), read and asked around i have to fill and submit my online DS-160 form first then i can schedule my interview.
Saying that i can't go to any medical center for now till i schedule my interview and few days before that i can do my vaccination ...
What is the best answer ?
1. Yes ( I will have my vaccination few days before my interview and i will have the paper)
but wrong statement at the moment and the date of submitting saying i have documents but the vaccination will be weeks after submitting it
2. No and i explain the reason of not having it yet ?
I read in a forum that it is better to be a Yes rather than a NO

You have to say "yes" here coz you ll have medical report and vaccination in accordance with US law at the time of ur interview. If you say "No" then it means you dont want to do medical test

You can choose whatever you want, really. Some VJ'ers put NO on that one, and add "But I will have the medical results by the time of the interview". I put YES instead and added no further explanation even if I hadn't done the medical yet. They won't issue your visa until they have your medical results either way, it doesn't matter what you put on the DS-160.

Just answer yes as you are required to have a medical exam and completed vaccinations for visa approval.

I know I am a little late on this but I also, answered "No" and made a similar note. I am guessing we will be fine either way, like you said!
