Hi everyone,

I have everything ready for the AOS interview except my husband's employer letter. Is it absolutely necessary to have that? I mean we have the 3 years tax return including this years one plus his pay stubs and W2. We have also previously submitted this prior the interview....

They may not even ask for updated financials, but even if they do, you have the pay stubs. An employment letter is not a requirement.

So I noticed on our interview notice there is a sneaky little wording on the financials part. It says on the third box " a completed affidavit of support,.......for each of your sponsors unless already submitted) then it lists all the tax/employment stuff.

Its easy to miss that little part

That said we brought it anyway.

also make sure you bring ALL originals of everything.
