I hope someone can assist.

My fiance is in Nigeria, and to mail anything to America takes at least a month or more and I'm not sure if I would even receive his documents. Do you know if his original signature is absolutely required? It has taken 6 months to gather everything to submit the Visa Application, I am ready to mail it today. But I only have in scanned documents with his signatures. I don't have the money to fly to Nigeria from Alaska to get an original signature.

For myself and my partner, his original signature was not required, just him signing the forms and scanning them and emailing them.

Your fiance(e) can scan them in for you to print out and send in with your I-129F submission.
