Hola!!!

Soy peticionaria y estoy en espera del NOA2 pero estoy confundida con lo que continúa.

El NOA2 es solo un aviso de aprobación y no requiere más acciones ni documentos para el USCIC?

En cuanto al NVC... Qué documentos necesito aquí?

Leí del pago de $325 de entrevista y $125 adicionales que no se de que son.... Estos pagos se pueden hacer online con tarjeta de crédito?

Estoy perdida y no me gusta. Prefiero preparar todo con anticipación :unsure:

Despues su NOA2, hay que esperar 2 semanas, mas o menos, hasta que el NVC asigna el un numero SDO#### a su caso. Con eso numero usted puede llenar el DS-160. Y con esto numero puedes hacer una cita con la embajada.

esta pagina tiene una lista de todos los documentos que necesitaran el dia de la entrevista. http://santodomingo.usembassy.gov/k1-k2_instructions.html, estoy segura que esta en espanol tambien

dice aca que usted paga $265 el dia de la entrevista

Que de cierto hay que cuando se llena la I-134 (affidavit) hay que incluir una certificacion del banco con los balances disponibles y una certificacion de empleo adicional al W2?

si, debes incluir esto como una segura que usted tiene los recursos pa apoyar su futuro esposo (o esposa). Tambien debes incluir los 3 anos pasados de los taxes. Yo se que el proceso en Nicaragua probablamente es diferente pero hay que estar bien preparada. Es mejor que tenerlos y no le piden en vez de no tenerlos si le piden.

Perfecto... Entonces, luego del NOA2 aprobado, mi prometido llena online el DS-160 online y paga una tarifa de $265.00... Luego todos los documentos requeridos se llevan personalmente a la entrevista. No hay que enviar nada más por correo.
