I paid the Greencard fee right before POE (hours before actually) and printed out the confirmation with the IOE#. When I log in to check the status, there are no records showing nor do I see anywhere to input the number to check the status. I'm aware that I can call USCIS but I've read and been told that they are estimating 120 days before it should arrive. Just wondering if anyone can give insight on using the website to check the status so I don't have to call.

Any assistance would be most helpful.

I asked almost the same question a few weeks ago, and unfortunately no there is no way. You just have to wait the 120 days and if not received by then, then call USCIS. ?

15/09/2012 - Married ?
Spent the last 2.5 years travelling between countries & deciding on where we are going to live...USA IT IS!!! ??
28/09/2015 - I-130 submitted
06/10/2015 - NOA 1 received
04/02/2016 - Approved! NOA 2 received via text
17/02/2016 - Petition sent to NVC
24/02/2016 - NVC received
08/03/2016 - Case number & IIN number received over the phone
09/03/2016 - Form DS-261 completed
09/03/2016 - AOS Fee paid
18/03/2016 - Received and paid IV Bill
22/03/2016 - Sent AOS & IV Documents
24/03/2016 - Scan date
08/04/2016 - Received RFE - apparently I didn't send I-864 form (as if I would forget that!) and police certificate (admittedly I sent the wrong one?)
18/04/2016 - Resent required documents (had to wait a week for new police certificate)
20/04/2016 - 2nd scan date for RFE documents
09/05/2016 - Case Completed ? (Now just waiting for interview date!!!)
26/05/2016 - Received Interview letter via email, interview scheduled for 26/07/2016 ??

Sorry no tracking. USCIS says their system is broken for tracking for us . All you ca do is hope and pray it comes in that 120 window. Until then calling them is futile cuz they will say it hasn't been 10 days. Many I know are waiting 4 to 8 months.

I know when I put IOE get "User defied error". Looking at my ELIS account says paid and in Process. Like Big deal.

Thanks guys...

I got the same error when I tried inputting the IOE number but there instructions read as if you can check the status.

I'm telling you dwheels...they need us! Guess it's another wait game...no out of country travels for us for a while I guess.

I'm n shock right after I posted this I get a text that my IOE has been updated go to uscis,gov. I knew the site was down last night. Like WOW alot of upgrades, And my husbands card is in production. So should be here in about 2 weeks or less. Hopefully. So excited.

Sure you can travel up to the expiry of your temp greencard that's no issue. No AP is necessary nothing just go have fun.

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal
