Hi everyone.

it crazy fast approved petition.

My friend and I filed petition on August 6, 2016

Received August 08, 2016 both of us

My friend had an approval on August 16, 2016, just 8 days since k1 sent in...

What the hell in going on with other mine and other file before me?

Just as a note, plenty of people can and most likely will be approved before you, even if they filed after.

The files are done as people get to them, if one worker is faster than another, then that guys batch of files will be done first. If your paperwork gets put on the bottom of the files (because new files were put ontop) or if it's with a slower worker, yours will generally move slower than others. The papers will never be done in say the case number order, or the order that the OFFICE recieved the paperwork, as that's way too much micromanaging and would actually slow things down.

So don't worry if someone gets approved before you, worry when your case is out of a reasonable processing time frame.




And as others have said, the friend most likely just got their NOA1 Notice of Action showing that the petition has been received.

Expidite or not there are no approval in so few days.

Oh you can find 'em. In fact, I remember a couple of them a long while back. But not so much recently. In this case, it's probably just an NOA1 that the OP has been confused over.

No 8 day approval including in the 8 days the day the got the package. Not happening now. Maybe in another time can't say that but no way now.

They got the NOA1 and thinks that the approval.
