We have just tax and insurance in common, that's all. Do u think there would be any problem?

That seems a bit light to me. USCIS really wants to see a lot of co-mingling of assets. Can you get some life insurance policies in place, put each other on 401K plans as beneficiaries, get a joint savings an/or investment plan, get wills and medical power of attorney paperwork, etc.? Good luck.

What about joint checking and savings accounts and proof of joint residency? US Tree Killing Service wants to see that.

7/8/2014: Hard copy NOAs received

7/25/2014: Biometrics appointment

7/25/2014: RFE for foreign birth certificate

8/14/2014: Status changed to "Testing and Interview"
