I was born in Peru and at the age of 2 brought to the USA.

I have an american passport as well as am a citizen. My Father was here before I arrived so I am assuming naturalization.

Is my passport enough proof or do I need a certificate of citizenship? or certificate of naturalization?

Thank you! :D

My mother states I received a naturalization certificate when i was 8 yrs old or less, she no longer has it. I want to present my passport as proof of citizenship and the question asks to choose how I received my citizenship. If i mark Naturalization, will it ask me for proof after? Or will my passport be enough?

You cannot get a Certificate of Naturalization unless you applied for naturalization as an adult. You might have gotten a Certificate of Citizenship, but it's hard to say from that description, and especially since you can't find it anymore.

It is impossible for "Naturalization" to be the right answer for you for #13a-c. "Parents" is the only possible answer for you.

You got your citizenship through parents, #13c. Check No for #13d. Provide a copy of your US passport, ALL pages front to back.
