I was married to a Canadian in the Philippines, but was marked as Divorced from NSO and I have the original certified copy. However, I've been living in the US for 10 years and has been naturalized already, now I am filing a K1 visa for my fiancé. Do I still need to get Cenomar in the Philippines?

Hi! I believe it is your fiance that needs the Cenomar, not you. You are the USC. Others please correct me if I am wrong.
