Non Sense TimeLines Causing Problem to Process Time Information

Hi

When we check processing times by service center it shows some VJ members timelines ,

some of them are non sense and this cause a false estimate time information for those that are really interested to know how long is taking the process time.

I Think the VJ Website Managers they should check one by one and delete those are non sense and giving a wrong info for the estatistics.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

In theory good idea. Application of it for managers would require more than feasible. Thousands of accounts where as limited managers.

We have automated algorithms that start by performing a statistical analysis to throw out outliers in the estimates. That said, if there are bad timelines please post them here! I will personally fix the issues...

I had sent a message to have my current timeline deleted as i am no longer married and that timeline isnt relevant anymore. I tried to update it but no luck, i received an email that a new VisaJourney Support Account was created for me. I dont want a new account, i just would like my current timeline deleted.

November 4, 2016 Received text case sent to Nebraska

November 10, 2016 Received Hard copy of NOA1
