No special request needed, that is how they send the documents. My documents left NVC on 02/03 and arrived the next day.

Do you know if that/s true even if you paper filed to the NVC? I was wondering about that also. When most of us sent in the I-130 maybe we sent in pictures as well, I guess they could photo copy and scan just didn't know how much time they take to do that. I guess I'm asking do they sent in your whole file from the I-130 and the NVC stuff over to Guangzhou by email?

06/28/2016: NVC received

07/11/2016:Submit DS-261

07/12/2016: Received DS-261 / AOS Bill

07/13/2016: Receive IV bill and paid IV bill

07/14/2016: Sent package IV package

07/15/2016: DS-260 released and completed

07/15/2016: Scan date

08/16/2016: Case Complete

08/18/2016: Received interview letter today interview scheduled for /09/28/2016

09/28/2016: Interviewed and approved !

10/01/2018: Filed I-751to remove conditions

10/09/2018: Received Text saying case received  ( Nebraska )

10/10/2018 Check cashed

11/19/2018: Received the 18 month extension letter in mail 

07/02/2019: Biometric Appointment.

09/09/2019: Received notice new card is being produced

09/16/2016: Received 10 year Green Card

I paper filed to USCIS, when my fiancee had her interview every document that had including the photos we originally submitted were photocopies in black and white.

I cannot answer for how they handle the i-130 papers but I suspect it will be the same.

01/28/16 - NVC Received (Still waiting papers for official date)

04/29/16 - Marriage Certificate received
SSN filed somewhere after this point (exact date is not remembered, received after a 30 minute wait)
11/16/16 - AoS packet mailed (i-485, i-765, i-131)
11/18/16 - AoS packet received
12/06/16 - Check Cashed
02/28/17 - EAD and AP Approved
03/02/17 - NOA2 for EAD and AP Arrived
03/02/17 - EAD/AP Card Arrived

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal
