Hello! Here we go again. 2nd K1 with the same fiance. We were approved, he scheduled the Interview, I got very sick, surgery, hospital, medical bills and we had financial problems, couldn't pay all documents at time for the Interview, I cancelled his visa all depressed, then we got back together realizing we want to be together anyway and here to start again, the 2nd K1 visa.

Wish me luck, please

Good luck and I'm sorry to hear that! I'm sure you will be just fine!

Thank you. We argued about money issues, he lost his job and I was at the hospital, we almost broke up but it looks like it made us stronger and wishing to be together even more. I hope we will be processed fast, we didn't have any delay with the 1st K1 visa

Have you sent out the petition for your new K-1? I was thinking maybe you could write a letter explaining about your illness, being in the hospital and hospital bills. You could also include a letter from your doctor. It would make things so much easier at his new interview. If you have already sent the petition have him take these things to his interview. They will want to know why you stopped him from getting a visa the first time and he will have the proof he needs at his finger tips.

I agree with this post. I hope you front loaded with a narrative and relationship timeline on what transpired from the

beginning through the rough times to current and submitted evidence of your illness and financial hardship.

Hello Tasha! When was your fist K-1 approved?

If more than two years ago - you don't need to file your new K-1 with a waiver.

Good luck!

Our 1st K1 visa was approved this year, we had the Interview scheduled on July 6th, I freaked out and canceled his visa feeling very sick and abandoned, but not, he stood by my side all the time and he came back to me even after I cancelled the visa, we got back together and I sent the 2nd K1 application. And yes, I also attached the General Waiver Request on our 1st K1 as it is in less than 2 years The 2nd K1 is considered multiple application even if it is with the same person and I need to explain. I did attache my medical info, our 1st K1 Approval (NOA 2 copy) and the copy of the withdrawal. I was so sick and depressed, I hope this time it will work well, we both wish to be together and married, my fiance is more stable and gives me his support, I am still so sad about us being apart and still waiting

I am so regretting being so sick! True, it was for so long and surgery with during 5 days risk to die, he didn't believe me and was upset, I did think he doesn't care and he doesn't want to be with me and I cancelled his visa after he said he scheduled the Interview ... I was thinking he doesn't care and I was still on a heavy medication trying to heal ... it was a tragedy for me but I did think I can forget him, maybe even to get somebody better, more caring person with more money and no child, as my fiance is not rich and lost his job ... I told to myself he doesn't care, I tried to convince myself I don't really love him and he doesn't love me ... he was there ... I was not talking to him, blocking his calls, his Facebook for 1 month or so, I was so sad and just staying away from him, trying to work for to pay my medical bills and heal ...

He never abandoned me, he was always trying to rich me, emails, calls, Facebook, any place he could and me ... I was reading, crying and not answering but reading and my heart, my mind always with him ... there were others trying to be good and nice to me, probably better than my fiance, financially stable and very attractive ... yet him always in my heart, I couldn't forget him and even fall much more in love with him, not telling me thinking it's my weakness, I went to work in another country thinking it will make me forget him ... no, it didn't work, I stopped my contract and came back home to US, came back for to apologize to my fiance, to beg for forgivness and filing the 2nd K1 visa again ... regretting so much cancelling it, we were approved, he had his Interview scheduled and I stopped and delayed us being together, ...

Now waiting again, the same person, I hope the US Immigration understands I was so sick and not thinking well

hmmm ... long distance relationship ... some American citizens get sick or die, they just lie pretending beinfg sick or dead for to stop it ... in my case it was true, I almost died for real but he probably reads a lot as I do and he had his doubts, claiming, telling me it's not true I was sick, I got upset as no nice support words from him to me, I did think he doesn't care ... long distance relationship, it's not easy ...

Please, learn from my experience and don't hurt each other if there is the real love, don't rush with your decisions, you may be wrong
