It's not ideal, but you can always meet a second time during the petition.

USCIS requires you have met atleast once within the past 2 years. So you will be fine. But I recommend having another visit before the interview so it looks more legit you don't want to risk it.

You should be fine though with applying now and visiting later while petition is in process before the interview. Good luck!

Yeah just try to send proof of chats from different times so it shows that you have been in contact throughout the time period of knowing each other (you don't need to send TOO much and over do it )

Also do you have pictures together? Those are important. Emails, Skype calls, screenshots of viber etc. are all good too you don't need to send too much though.

I made sure to add copies of my passport stamps showing the times I came to my fiancé's country to visit , and pictures. I didn't even send any proof of viber , Skype etc. and got approved. Now just waiting to get to the NVC which is taking FOREVER in my case. Good luck let me know through a message if you have any other questions.

First congratulations for meeting someone you want to spend the rest of your life with. The US Embassy in Manila (USEM) is not that strict on how many times you have met or how soon you had fallen in love. They just want that your last meeting was within the two years prior to the interview.

This is what USEM requires for the interview. http://photos.state.gov/libraries/manila/1178798/Instructions%20Packets/iv-interview-preparation-instructions-english-feb-2016.pdf Follow it closely and you will have very little problems.

Also, I have a free website with all the steps to process through the Philippines. It's been a great help for many an it will answer many of your questions that you will have along the way.

Also, swing on over to the sub forum for the Philippines and ask any additional question there as sometimes things are different for each Embassy.
