They're USUALLY pretty fast in approvals. I had an RFE and responded to it pretty late as I was out of the country but still got approved in exactly 5 months from my noa1 date.

Check the timelines some people get approvals in 2 months, 3 months some wait longer. It depends on the case and who is working on it honestly but they're pretty fast on approvals- sending to NVC , not so much. Good luck!

Hi farzram, thanks for the informative response. Seems like the average is pushing close to a month for all centers. Surprised it takes that long :/

1 month is not a reasonable expectation.

The official processing time is 5 months, so expect at least that. If it comes quicker, better for you.

Last year some people were stuck for a year, so anything is better than that

I agree with p-ana, one month is not reasonable because in very rare cases does that happen - I guess you have to be super lucky.

But some filers of certain months seem to be approved quicker than others but of course that's all based on the service center efficiency to get the case working and moving.

Good luck I hope for you it won't be too long!
