additional sheets needed in Form N400

Hi, I have another question about N-400. The guys that had to fill out an additional sheet, where did you put the additional sheet, after the item you are giving the information, or at the end of all the N-400 form?

I attached my additional sheet after last page of the form (before Attachments). also add name and Green card number on top.

also mention question number you are attaching additional information.

I had two additional sheets. Placed both after the n400 form. On the cover sheet I itemized what I included in the package and put bullets for each additional sheet.
