Hello dear friends ,
Finally our case have been approved and we are preparing documents for the interview.
there are few questions i want to ask if anyone could guide me

1.My US fiance income isn't enough (125% poverty), can my uncle who live in US for 30 years be her joint sponsor ? or it must be just her parent or friends ? cause my uncle can be known as her friend !

2. what Forms do they need to fill ? both need to fill just i-134 just in separate ?

3.what is different between form i-134 and i-864 ?

4. why to fill form i-864 ?

The US fiance is ALWAYS the primary sponsor, but may have a co-sponsor. If there is a co-sponsor, both the
US fiance and the co-sponsor will EACH have to fill out the affidavit I-134 or I-864 and EACH will have to provide
supporting documentation.

Then which one ?

Hi,

1) Any USC or LPR could theoretically be your joint sponsor. Your fiancés uncle will be fine.

2) Yes, both your fiancé and the joint sponsor will fill out separate I-134.

3 and 4) I-864 is legally binding and used with eg spouse petitions and adjustment of status (which you will go through after your marriage in the US). Your sponsors for the K1 should fill out the I-134.

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.
