AOS And IV Package Document Check list help.

Hello people.

I am mailing my AOS and IV Package just need help with document I am sending. All documents are copy except for i864 form.

I am sending in order like this. 1 Big package with 2 small package inside marked AOS and IV

1 Cover sheet / DS260 conformation sheet

2 Document Cover sheet I got with welcome letter

3 Cover sheet letter

Package 1 Marked AOS

1 Sign and filled out I864 form

2 IRS tax transcript 2013 and 2014

3 IRS tax return copy 2015

4 W2 of last year

5 Employment verification letter with current salary info

6 Marriage certificate

7 US Passport copy {Petitioner}

8 US neutralization Certificate {Petitioner}

9 Bank Statement for last 6 months { not enough salary on tax return So have to use assets }

10 Social Security Statement

Package 2 Marked IV

1 Birth Certificate {{Petitioner}

2 Birth Certificate {Beneficiary}

3 Marriage Certificate

4 Passport Biographic page {Beneficiary}

5 Passport Biographic page {Petitioner}

6 2 Passport size pic {Beneficiary}

7 2 Passport size pic {Petitioner)

8 Police certificate

Dose this look good ? Am I missing something ? Do i need to add cover sheet on both small package inside big package too ?

Tax return includes the W2 and any schedules. Anything you used to fill out your tax return, needs to be sent.

The petitioner does not need to provide another copy of their ID (no passport or naturalization certificate.)

I would include some pay stubs, not just the employer letter.

Again you do not need any of this stuff for the petitioner in the IV package. IV = Immigrant Visa, so get rid of your BC, biodata page, and passport pics.

That should pare down what you have to send and make it bit lighter. I assume the beneficiary has never been married before so there's no divorce decree..

just one question even with IRS transcript I need to send W2 and stuff ?

Or just last yr tax return and W2 ( irs dose not have transcript for me yet )

and previous 2 yr transcript.

A transcript covers everything. So you either send the entire return or a transcript. So transcripts for 2013 and 2014 are great.
