Hello, I have a big question and I trust more this forum than lawyers, so here it is:

In 2012 my mom got married to a citizen, and my brothers and I move to this country and wait for the appointment and stuff, well I turn 21 and I wasnt elegible in that moment, so in 2014 i got married.

Last year (2015) I applied for a green card thru my husband and we got a sponsor and it was his uncle, I got it denied because I enter the country as a child of a fiance and not as a fiance ( my mom applied for me and my brothers).

And this year (2016) I reapplied because supposedly I have to apply as a child of a fiance ( that was the reason i got it denied right...) Well I did it in the way they told me to, my step-father is my petitioner and my affidavit of support, but I received a Request for initial evidence asking me for my I-864 affidavit of support with taxes and W'-2s but from the last case (2015) that I had which is my husbands uncle, I have different case numbers, my questions here are:

Are they right to ask me for evidence of a denied case?

Do they need to be originals?

Thanks!
