my case was finally accepted in USCIS(NOA2) and sent to the department of state. My USC father in USA. I'm abroad.(I-130 U21 child)

My first question is: Is there anything I have to do on NVC process?(DS-261, DS-260, AOS package, IV Package)

or my father do everything like USCIS process?

My second question: If NVC want supporting documents, which documents I have to sent? Same documents in USCIS process???

sorry for my weak english :(

thanks..

hi

nothing for now, the wait is many years depending on your country and your priority date

nothing to send now until your priority date becomes current or close to becoming current

hi

ok my bad, but still it is a process that takes around 2 years,

so what is your priority date? if it was just approved, you probably have over 1 year of waiting

what country are you from?

If the OP is under 21 its about a year total (IR2 classification I believe.)

The ds-261 and ds-260 are technically yours to complete with the DS-260 being your visa application. With the DS-261 assign your father as the agent. You will need all the documents required as well (email a copy to your father to send to the NVC) and take originals to interview. Birth certificate, police certificate, bio-data page of your passport, any court or military records as well.

Those items are part of the IV package but thankfully just a copy of them needs to be sent to the NVC, like I mentioned.

hi

over a year of waiting since your priority date should be somewhere in January, right? was it sent in December or January?

for June, immigration is currently working on petitions with a priority date of November 8th, 2014

Priority date is inconsequential in this visa class. Child of USC under 21. Thats IR2.
