My wife is a green card holder and my daughter a citizen because she was born in US about two years ago..

My spouse works just twice a week and her younger brother is a joint sponsor for my petition.

Question. ....Are two of them going to fill separate AOS forms ?

Pls I need quick response because we just received nvc WL.

Both the sponsor (your wife) and co-sponsor (her brother) will have to fill out the I-864, one for each of them.

Thanks for the clarification .

Question. ......Under supporting documents there's police clearance. Are we to submit it alongside other documents now or wait and take it to interview? F2A PD 8/2015. Thanks

Send a photocopy with your other documents. Save the original for the interview.
