My fiance came to USA on December 24th 2015 with a k1 visa. We got married before March 24th to comply with the requirement of getting married within the three months after her arrival to USA. She decided to come back to her country before file for an adjustment of status.

Now, I want to bring her back to USA and I am confussed about the way to do it, Would we apply for an adjustment of status i485? Or would we do a consular processing i130? May it requires other form?

unfortunately you would have to file the I-130 because she left the US before adjusting her status.

As it's been stated, you now have to start over with a spousal visa. It takes around a year.

Sadly you will have to start from scratch since she left the states , you will now have to file I-130 since now your married and if all goes well she will be able to come back in 9-12 months

No offense, but that was stupid. If she wanted/needed to go back, you should have filed for adjustment of status and advance parole. All that money and work you put into the K-1 visa is gone and you have to start the whole process over again with a CR-1 visa. You have to do all the documentation and forms, pay all the fees, new medical, a new interview etc etc. Count about a year of being apart while going through the process, give or take a few months.

Oh well, Back to the beginning. Spousal Visa is the solution of your problem and you have no other option. Collecting all the evidence and so on , back from the scatch
