She will need to show strong ties to her home country, reasons she will return and not just stay in the USA. That may be difficult with having a USC husband. I would include proof for you too, because if you have compelling reasons not to stay in the USA, that helps her too.

I think you are saying:

- You are planning to get your 1 year old daughter a UAE passport.

- If your daughter is your biological daughter then she would already be a US Citizen if you are also a US citizen. She would need a US passport to travel to the USA not a VISA

- You say ''as my wife is her Mother facilities" I think that means that your wife is the primary caregiver for her mother.

- It sounds like your 1 year old daughter will travel with you and your wife if she gets the Visa.

For your wife to get a tourist visa to the USA she must have compelling reason to return to her county of citizenship. You and your daughter have the right to visit the USA if you have a valid US Passport. However, your wife would have to prove that she would return to UAE. In this case the consulate officer would have to be convinced that YOU will return to UAE which means your job has to be stable, if should pay as much or more than what you could make in the USA. I'm afraid that the Consulate officer is going to look at this as your attempt to bring your wife and daughter to the USA and STAY there. Hopefully as a family you have travel history together otherwise you are likely going to be told that you need a CR1 visa (spouse visa) which would be VERY difficult to get as you would have to show domicile or intent for domicile in the USA. You can try but I would say don't get your hopes up and definitely don't buy your wife an airline ticket until she gets a Visa.

Each visitor visa applicant is presumed to have immigration intent, and must prove that they are not trying to immigrate to the US. The visa applicant has to prove to the Consulate Officer that the visitor will go back to their home country after their visit is completed.

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)
