Hi All,

We have paid Visa Fee to Citic bank and can make appointment for Consulate interview. We have payment confirmed by Citic.

We received this email on April 20th....but no final package sent....

It appears from the email we can book consulate interview and then download P4 package???

Or am I at P3 or P4 and this download is different.

I dont have a package telling me where she can go to get medical exam and additional documents. The $265 Fee has been paid.9 Business days have passed since We paid this.

We have not scheduled appointment at the consulate because not sure if we need another package.....the last email from them says schedule appointment at consulate and the we can download forms....Medical form? Or will they send this through mail?

Thank you all in advance

That email is your P4, you will need to visit the ustraveldocs website and print out the Guangzhou IV Instructions See images.

This is what the P4 email looks like :

When you go to ustraveldocs scroll down to find this area and click the marked link:

It will take you here, where you will download the instructions on what to prepare for the interview :

You will need to constantly refresh this page :

Look in the marked area for interview dates, if there is nothing there (like in the screenshot), then there are no appointments available yet, check every Friday around noon Guangzhou time (9pm PST, 10pm MST, 11pm CST, 12am EST). I refreshed every day at noon Guangzhou time and got my interview date on a saturday at 8pm Guangzhou time(7am Central). Be diligent in your efforts, appointments disappear VERY fast because they are in high demand and very limited.

When an interview comes available and you click the link on the left, you will be taken to a calendar like this :

Chris and ZhiJia,

I sincerely thank you both for all of your help, and everyone else on VJ.

Putting in the work is showing how committed a couple is.....but so stressful at times, when the process stalls..or you google for how to fill out everything correctly, and the forms have changed from the only(old) videos on youtube

Thank you all for your help,it is sincerely appreciated.
